I booked a flat at MK Proud after going through plethora of property options in and around my area. The reason I chose MK Proud is because of the design aesthetics and quality of construction which seems commendable. Also the amenities/luxury and scenic views around the apartment are fabulous. An added advantage of MK Proud is that the project is in one of the most happening areas in Nallasopara .I hope MK developers keep up their good work and I wish them all the best for their future projects. Kudos to the team.

It has been a wonderful experience overall. The team is very reliable and trustworthy. They make you feel home, treat you like family, and you don't need to bother about anything. For someone who is buying their first home, there are a lot of things you worry about, but this team ensured I felt safe throughout and they took care of everything. I am very excited to be a part of this project and have met this team, and am looking forward to be a part of AV Pride family. My family can't wait to move in.

AV Pride project is based in a good developing locality, work quality is good, rates are quite good comparing to the other projects with same amenities in that area....and has a very professional, helping and knowledgeable staff. Overall I recommend this project for the buyers. The floor plans and the structure of the project is amazing. Looking forward for the possession.

First thing which I liked is size of apartment is bigger while comparing to other apartments in this area. Second thing is the price which is quite affordable than others in the surrounding area
